Amb. and Mrs. Hsiao, along with H.E. President David Kabua, the First Lady, Iroijlaplap Kotak Loeak, Minister of Finance Alfred Alfred, Jr., Minister of Transportation Donald Capelle, Minister of Works Jiba Kabua, Minister of Education Kitlang Kabua, traditional leaders and Amb. Saito Norio of Japan, attended the celebration on the 15th of May, 2021.
The ceremony started with a prayer, then followed by remarks from Iroijlaplap Loeak, President David Kabua and Minister Alfred. They expressed gratitude for the participation of the diplomatic corps, and delivered appreciation for Taiwan’s assistance in the establishment of the two airports. The celebration ended with joy of dancing performances.
