ROC (Taiwan) acknowledges the swift correction on the addressee issue regarding RMI’s recent lawsuit filed in the ICJ

The Embassy of the Republic of China (Taiwan) wishes to inform the public that through intensive communications with the Government of the Republic of the Marshall Islands, the error on the title page of the RMI application filed to the United Nations International Court of Justice (ICJ) in the Hague against the People’s Republic of China (PRC) regarding the PRC’s failure to comply its Non-Proliferation Treaty obligations was corrected.
In addition, the official clarifications from the Government of the Republic of the Marshall Islands were received and the ROC (Taiwan) Embassy would like to acknowledge the RMI Government’s timely response to the said issue.
