| Aug 30th | Online enrolment for Taiwanese suppliers opened |
| Sep 18th | Online enrolment for Taiwanese suppliers closed |
| Sep 19th | List of enrolled suppliers provided to buyers |
| Sep 25th | List of confirmed suppliers provided by buyers |
| Sep 28th | Flight/Hotel/contact information of both buyers and oversea officers (if any) provided by oversea offices. |
3 Buyer has to attend the meeting on time, stay for the entire duration of the session, and completer the questionnaire before leaving the venue to get the incentives.Registration buyer has to be on time for the meeting; failure to attend on time will affect his /her subsidy application.
