2026 оны Тайваний Олон Улсын Хамтын Ажиллагаа Хөгжлийн Сан (ICDF)-ийн тэтгэлэгт хөтөлбөрт өргөдөл хүлээн авч эхэллээ. Монгол Улсын шилдэг оюутан залуусыг тэтгэлэгт идэвхитэй бүртгүүлэхийг урьж байна.
Тайваний Олон улсын хамтын ажиллагаа хөгжлийн сан (ICDF)-ийн магистр болон түүнээс дээш зэргээр суралцах хүсэлтэй гадаад оюутнуудад зориулсан боловсон хүчин бэлтгэх тэтгэлэгт хөтөлбөрт 2026 оны 3 дугаар сарын 15-ны өдөр хүртэл материал хүлээн авна. (Бакалаврын хөтөлбөрт зөвхөн Тайваньтай албан ёсны дипломат харилцаатай орнуудын оюутнууд бүртгүүлэх боломжтой ба Монгол Улсын иргэд зөвхөн магистр болон докторын хөтөлбөрт хамрагдах боломжтой.)

Тэтгэлэг горилогч нь материалаа 2026 оны 3-р сарын 15-ны өдрөөс өмнө ирүүлсэн байх шаардлагатай бөгөөд манай Төлөөлөгчийн газраас эхний шатны сонгон шалгаруулалтыг хийх болно. Материал дутуу эсвэл хугацаа хэтэрсэн тохиолдолд өргөдлийг хүлээн авахгүйг анхаарна уу.‼️

TaiwanICDF International Higher Education Scholarship Program is now open for registration and MUST complete online application before March 15, 2026.
The scholarship is only for English taught Master and Ph D. programe. Each applicant can only apply one programe. The applicant SHOULD apply to the university as well at the same on their own.

Here is the notice for application:
- Please visit ICDF website for online registration and submit the following supporting documents, before 15 MAR 2026.
After successful online registration, please print the documents mentioned below and submit to our office in hardcopies before 16 MAR 2026, 12:00.
Without hardcopies submission, the application process is not completed.
Support documents are:
- ICDF online registration form.
- Mongolian passport or Mongolian ID.
- Highest degree and transcript (should be in English version, or with English translation).
- English proficiency certificate (TOFEL/ IELTS/ TOEIC- at least B2 level). The certificate issuance date should be after 15 MAR 2024.
- Referees’ letter (in English or Chinese), with endorsement person.
The Referee’s information should be including the current title, contact information and with signature.
- Scope of Scholarship: economic airfare (round-trip), housing, tuition, credit fees, insurance, textbook costs and monthly allowance (Master’s Program NT$18,000/ per month, D. Program NT$20,000/ per month).
The duration of the scholarship: master programme :23 months, Ph.D: 47 months.
- The applicant should apply to the university at the same time. Without applying to a university of this program would fail to meet the requirement.
- The applicant is Mongolian nationality and neither be a national of the Republic of China (Taiwan) nor an overseas compatriot student.
- Upon accepting a TaiwanICDF scholarship, not hold any other ROC (Taiwan) government-sponsored scholarship (such as the Taiwan Scholarship) in the same academic year.
The applicant have never had any scholarship revoked by any ROC (Taiwan) government agency or related institution, nor been expelled from any Taiwanese university.
- Applicants who have already held a TaiwanICDF scholarship or MOFA’s
Taiwan Scholarship or an MOE scholarship must have graduated before July 31, 2025.
- This office will arrange an interview (Before 30 MAR 2026) for qualified applicants. Please make sure your contact information on the application form is correct. The recipient list will be announced in June 2026.
