The MOE Taiwan Scholarship Program aims to support outstanding Malaysian students pursuing undergraduate and postgraduate studies in Taiwan. Each recipient will receive tuition and miscellaneous expenses of NTD 40,000 each semester. Undergraduate students will also receive a monthly stipend of NTD 15,000, while postgraduate students will receive a monthly stipend of NTD 20,000.
Online application starts at February 1, 2026. Applicants must complete the online application by April 30, 2026, and send the hard copy application documents to the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Malaysia within one week after submitting the online application.
