Ambassador and Mrs. Tian Visit The Taipei School in The Netherlands to Show Support for Overseas Mandarin Education

On March 22, 2025, Ambassador and Mrs. Tian visited The Taipei School in The Netherlands (荷蘭台北學校), warmly welcomed by Principal Jesse Chung, Vice Principal Anna Cheng, and the enthusiastic teachers, students, and parents.

Since its founding in 1989, the school has been devoted to promoting Mandarin language education and Taiwanese culture, gaining high recognition within the community. Ambassador Tian expressed his sincere admiration for the school’s continued dedication and efforts.

In addition, Ambassador Tian was deeply impressed by the students’ proficiency in Mandarin, the professionalism of the teaching staff, and the diversity of the curriculum. He also spoke highly of the school’s excellent environment and facilities.

During the visit, Ambassador Tien and his delegation gained deeper insight into the development of Mandarin education at local overseas Mandarin schools, and expressed hope for increased support and resources in the future to help sustain its growth. The Ambassador also extended his highest respect to Principal Chung and all the teachers for their unwavering dedication and selfless service to nurturing the next generation of Taiwanese youth.
