Call for Submissions: 2025 Presidential Hackathon (International Track)

Initiated by the Office of the President in 2019, the Presidential Hackathon is now entering its seventh year. The event invites talented individuals of all ages and nationalities to leverage open data and innovative technologies to address public issues, promote cross-border and interdisciplinary collaboration, and enhance both public well-being and governance innovation.

The theme for 2025 is “Digital Innovation for a Resilient and Sustainable Future,” echoing the United Nations' 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This year’s competition focuses on strengthening social resilience and promoting sustainable development, encouraging participating teams to propose innovative digital solutions.

Eligibility Requirements:

*Teams must consist of 3 to 10 members, with at least one non-ROC (Taiwan) national.

*All registration materials and project submissions must be in English.

The registration period is from 9:00 AM, June 16, 2025, to 5:00 PM, August 8, 2025 (GMT+08:00). Please register via the official website: https://gov.tw/cYQ
