Taiwan’s National Immigration Agency (NIA) offers an Online Arrival Card System to facilitate smoother and faster entry procedures for eligible foreign travelers by allowing them to pre-fill their entry information online.
? What is the Arrival Card?
The Arrival Card is an online form required for certain travelers entering Taiwan. It collects the following information:

Full name, date of birth, gender, nationality

Passport number and visa information

Flight number and expected arrival date

Local address in Taiwan

Purpose of visit (e.g., tourism, business, study, etc.)
⏰ When to Complete It
You must complete the Arrival Card within 3 days prior to your arrival in Taiwan.
For example: If your flight arrives on June 10, you should fill out the form between June 7 and June 10.
?? Who Needs to Fill It Out?
The following individuals are required to complete the Arrival Card online before each entry:

Foreign nationals without a Resident Certificate, Diplomatic ID, or resident visa

Mainland Chinese residents holding multiple-entry permits for tourism

Hong Kong and Macao residents holding multiple-entry permits
(Those with single-entry permits, online permits, landing visas, or valid Taiwan Resident Certificates are exempt)

Taiwan nationals without household registration who do not hold a Resident Certificate
⚠️ Note: Holders of Taiwan Resident Certificates or resident visas are not required to fill out this form.
