In order to save time and increase convenience for foreign travelers, the Immigration Agency, Ministry of the Interior will fully implement the measure of requiring all the foreign travelers to complete the free online TWAC (TAIWAN ARRIVAL CARD) before entering Taiwan, starting October 1, 2025. The Agency has upgraded the version to include the following functions:
The submission can be done within 3 days before arrival, and an email will be sent to verify the correctness of the users’ email first.
The filling process has been simplified, such as users can take a photo and upload the passport basic information page to automatically bring out relevant information, and submitting as a travel or family group is possible.
After completing the submission, the system will send a confirmation e-mail with provided information to users, and users can modify their submission online if needed.
