1.Overview: Taipei Economic and Cultural Office (TECO) in the Philippines is seeking proposals from qualified and reputable manpower service providers to supply personnel for our operations in the National Capital Region (NCR).
2.Scope of Services: The selected provider shall be responsible for deploying reliable personnel for the following roles:
- Janitor/ Messenger: 2 personnel.
- Professional Driver: 2 personnel.
3.Work Location: 20th Floor or 41st Floor, Tower 1, RCBC Plaza, 6819 Ayala Avenue, Makati City 1200, Metro Manila, Philippines.
4.Submission Requirements: Interested bidders are required to submit the following documents for evaluation:
- Company Profile: A brief history of the company and management structure.
- Proof of Business Registration: Valid business permits, registration, or equivalent certification.
- Manpower Pool Overview: Information regarding the size and capability of your manpower pool to ensure consistent supply and backup.
- Tax Clearance Certificate: Proof of latest tax payments or official tax clearance from the relevant authorities.
- Price Proposal: A detailed cost breakdown per position (including basic salary, benefits, and agency fees).
