Advance telephone reservation about all applications for General Visa, Document Authentication as well as R.O.C. Passport and consular service hours adjustment

The Government of the Philippines raised the Code Alert System for the COVID-19 to Code Red Sublevel 2 on March 12, 2020. Furthermore, the imposition of Stringent Social Distancing Measures in the National Capital Region for thirty (30) days took effect on March 15, 2020. Accordingly, to contain the spread of COVID-19, the Consular Division of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in the Philippines has decided that all applications for General Visa, Document Authentication and Passport of the Republic of China (Taiwan) are required to be made by advance telephone reservation. Please call 02-8887-6688, local #100 for General Visa Application and local #148 for Document Authentication as well as R.O.C. Passport Application. The above-mentioned measures will start from Wednesday, March 18, 2020. Please note from March 18, 2020 to April 14, 2020, our consular service hours will be adjusted to the following: Monday to Friday, Processing time: 8:45~11:45; Releasing Time 13:45~16:00.
