To observe the General Community Quarantine (GCQ) implemented in Metro Manila, the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office (TECO) in the Philippines will strictly impose the following measures while providing consular services:
All applications are strictly by advance telephone reservation. Please call 02-8887-6688 at local #100 for general visa applications reservation;
TECO opens on skeletal workforce amid GCQ, the processing period for visa issuance is around 8 working days from the next day of the acceptance of application. NO EXPRESS SERVICE provided unless emergency;
All visitors must wear face mask (cloth mask not allowed) and face shield, keep social distancing and have body temperature checked at the entrance of the 41st floor;
All applicants or their agents who have made an appointment should present themselves at our office counter at 1F, RCBC PLAZA (Tower 1) on time as arranged. Late comers 10 minutes or more, failure to appear or failure to observe the above procedure that may affect office operations or others’ rights, this office will reject any filing from them (the applicants and the agents) for one (1) month.
