Resident Visa For Minors Under Age 20 Joining Parents :
1. An online Visa Application Form (please access https://visawebapp.boca.gov.tw to fill up the Form and print them out)
2. Two 1.5” X 2” head & shoulder photos with white background (taken w/in three months)
3. Passport valid for at least six months and old passport showing previous travels
4. Birth Certificate issued by NSO
5. Marriage Contract of parent(s) issued by NSO and authenticated by Department of Foreign Affairs and TECO
7. Health certificate from any of the accredited Hospitals and Clinics ( minors under age 6 are not required to present the health certificate)
8. Parents’ passport (Photocopies only)
9. Certificate of Residence in R.O.C.Taiwan:
(1.) Household Registration Certificate issued within three months (for joining with the parents with Taiwan ID and household registration)
(2.) Alien Permanent Residence Certificate(APRC), Alien Residence Certificate(ARC), or various kinds of residence permits issued by the National Immigration Agency (for joining with the parents without Taiwan household registration or foreigners)
10. Chinese passport of the applicant (if applicable).
11. Other supporting documents if required.
12.All documents submitted to this office should be Original and 1 photocopy.
