Taiwan Fellowship Program is established to encourage experts and scholars overseas to pursue advanced studies at Taiwan's universities, colleges or research institutions.
A scholar's field of study should be in the social sciences and humanities, with a topic related to Taiwan, cross-strait relations, mainland China, the Asia Pacific, and Sinology.
The Fellowship recipients will be entitled to monthly stipends and one direct round-trip economy-class ticket subsidized between their country of residence and Taiwan. The minimum duration of a fellowship is three months, and the maximum one year.
Eligible applicants from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and other countries of this Office’s consular district are welcome to submit their applications online (https://taiwanfellowship.ncl.edu.tw/eng/apply.aspx) and send a hard copy of all required application documents to this Office before the deadline.
