Tunghai University Chinese Language Center plans to hold the two-week, two-session “Kid’s Mandarin Summer Camp – Speaking from Taichung • Inspiring Vibrance” from July 14 to July 25 and August 3 to August 14, 2026. Enrollment is now open!
Each session is designed for a minimum of 7 and a maximum of 15 participants aged 9-12, specifically for “foreign children traveling to Taiwan during summer vacation” and “foreign children with a passion for learning Mandarin”.
This summer, the Center has specially designed the camp for overseas and local foreign children who love Mandarin and cultural exploration. In the vibrant environment of Tunghai University and the city of Taichung, children will improve their listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in Mandarin through interactive courses and fun activities. They will also gain an in-depth experience of local culture.
“Speaking from Taichung • Inspiring Vibrance” is not only a language-learning journey in Taichung, but also a wonderful experience of growth and cultural exchange. “Dance” is not limited to music and movement—it symbolizes the children’s passion, creativity, and learning energy. No matter where they are from, we hope they can express themselves in Mandarin, start from Taichung, connect with the world, and harvest friendship and personal growth.
