At the invitation of Dr. Liao Ching-Jong, President of the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (Taiwan Tech), Representative Ta-Tung Chang graced the inaugural launch of the “CEO Master Class in Technology and Business”, a joint program by Taiwan Tech and Oxylos Business Institute (OBI), on 27 April 2016.
In his address at the launch ceremony, Representative Chang congratulated Taiwan Tech and OBI on the successful launch of their program. With faculty members of strong academic and professional backgrounds, Taiwan Tech enjoys a reputation of effective teaching. According to the Times Higher Education 150 Under 50 Rankings 2016, Taiwan Tech is the top young university in Taiwan. Its partner, OBI, has established itself in the training and professional development industry. Additionally, the McKinsey Global Institute Connectedness Index ranks Singapore as the world’s most connected country. The collaboration of Taiwan Tech and OBI in Singapore, therefore, is assured of success.
A total of 40 managers from various small and medium enterprises in Singapore have enrolled in the inaugural intake of the “CEO Master Class in Technology and Business”. The course, which runs for 7 months, includes site visits to companies in Taiwan.
