Representative Francis Kuo-Hsin Liang Attends Singapore Alumni of Taiwan Universities and Colleges’ 2018 Chinese New Year Gathering

Representative Francis Kuo-Hsin Liang attended the Alumni of Taiwan Universities & Colleges (ATUC)’s Chinese New Year gathering in Chinatown on 25 February 2018 at the invitation of the association’s president, Dr. Pang Kong Choi.
At the gathering, Representative Francis Kuo-Hsin Liang conveyed his Chinese New Year greetings to all ATUC members and their families. He commended ATUC members on their success in carving their own paths in Singapore, and also hoped that they would continue to support the Republic of China (Taiwan) as economic, cultural and social ties between Taiwan and Singapore grow from strength to strength.
