A.Requirement
All applicants must provide this Embassy with the following:
1.One completed application form.
2.Two recent passport-sized photos(taken within the last 6 months)
3.A valid passport (minimum 6 months validity)
4.A copy of the flight ticket or a confirmed reservation from the flight agent.
5.For those who are not the Swaziland or Mozambique passport holders need to show their Swazi Permit or Swazi Resident Document.
B.All applicants must also provide this Embassy with the following original documents:
1.For a Business Trip:
(1)A written guarantee undertaken by the Swazi company and endorsed by a bank.
(2)A letter of invitation from a company in Taiwan (this must include the period during which the applicant will conduct a business in Taiwan)
(3)Proof that the purpose of this visit to Taiwan is to attend a trade show.
(4)Any other proof that the purpose of the visit is to conduct business in Taiwan.
2.For Tourism:
(1)Proff of reservation for the whole at any Taiwan hotel. (This should include the following in both Chinese and English; the name, physical address, telephone and fax number, as well as the daily room rate.)
(2)Proof of available funds for the visit to Taiwan (bank statements for the last 3 months or a receipt for foreign exchange purchased.)
3.For Employment:
(1)A work permit letter (include the copy letter) from the related authorities in Taiwan like the Education Department i.e. for teaching or the local municipality of the city in which you are going to work.
(2)Proof of reservation for the whole at any Taiwan hotel. (This should include the following in both English and Chinese; the name, phusical address, telephone and fax number, as well as the daily room rate.)
(3)Proof of available funds for the visit to Taiwan (bank statements for the last 3 months or a receipt for foreign exchange purchased.)
4.For Visiting Family or Friends:
(1)A letter of invitation confirming the duration of stay and details of the host (include name, home and work address, telephone No.) Attach a clear and legible copy of the front and back of the hosts ID Card (if ROC national) or Passport (if host is a non-ROC national). Should the host be an ROC national, the letter of invitation must be written in Chinese. If not, the letter should be written in English.
(2)Proof of available funds for the visit to Taiwan (bank statements for the last 3 months or a receipt for foreign exchange purchased).
