The Government of the Republic of China (Taiwan) has decided to grant regular Swazi passport holders a visa waiver for visiting Taiwan with 90-day duration of stay as of 1st June 2019. Requirements are as follows:
A passport with remaining validity of at least 6 months as of the date of entry;
Visiting Taiwan for the purpose of tourism, business, visiting family, trade fair and exchanges programs;
Providing a confirmed return air/sea ticket or air/sea ticket with a visa for the next destination, accommodation booking records, details of contact persons in Taiwan, and proof of financial sufficiency such as bank statements;
Not determined by immigration officers at ports of entry in Taiwan to be otherwise ineligible.
The Embassy of the Republic of China (Taiwan) in the Kingdom of Eswatini requests Swazi visitors to comply with Taiwan’s laws and regulations of quarantines. Do not carry animals, plants and the related products to enter Taiwan at will. Offenders will not be allowed to enter Taiwan before paying the fine of NTD 200,000 (USD 6,666).
