Instructions for Bid Collection and Submission: Interested bidders may collect the bid forms at the reception of embassy from 12:00 PM on June 19, 2025 until 10:00 AM on June 30, 2025. Completed and sealed bid forms must be submitted to the reception of embassy by 12:00 PM on June 30.
Bidding Notes: The highest bidder will win the auction and must deposit the full bid amount into the embassy’s account within three (3) working days. If the highest bidder forfeits or fails to make the payment within the specified period, the next highest bidder will be awarded the bid accordingly. Please note that the vehicle is a used car and will be sold as-is. The winning bidder is solely responsible for any subsequent maintenance or repairs.
