The program, Graduate Institute of International Human Resource
Development (IHRD), is offered by National Taiwan Normal University
(NTNU) and has the following features:
1. IHRD is a Master program fully teaching in English. It offers Master
degree of Business Administration (MBA).
2. A full scholarship provided by The International Cooperation and
Development Fund (TaiwanICDF). The TaiwanICDF scholarship is only
available to students admitted to the partner universities in the Taiwan
International Cooperation Alliance (TICA) which NTNU is a member of.
This scholarship aims to develop global talent in higher education by
providing each scholarship recipient with a full scholarship, including
round-trip airfare, housing, tuition fees, insurance, textbook costs, and a
monthly allowance.
3. The opportunity to study at a prestigious university in Asia. National
Taiwan Normal University was ranked 22 by the QS University Rankings
in the field of education worldwide among 40,000 universities. This year,
NTNU moved up six places to number 61 in new rankings for Asian
universities for 2020. In other various indicators reveals that NTNU's

Taiwan and Employer reputation is top 3 in Taiwan, showing that the
