Taiwan Medical Team from Chung Shan Medical University Hospital had arrived Tuvalu

Due to the global outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic, Taiwan Medical Team had finally arrived in Tuvalu from Chung Shan Medical University Hospital for the first time in the past three years.
Led by IT director Alvin Lin, the team consists of ophthalmologist Dr. Luo, registered nurses Veronica, and Catherine. The mission will be providing the examination, treatment, prevention and updating the hospital information system in the next one month.
With the help from Princess Margaret Hospital (PMH) in Funafuti, the eye clinic starts from March 20, 2023. With such ongoing bilateral cooperation and effort between Taiwan and Tuvalu, all people in Tuvalu can benefit from better medical service.
