Notice: Temporary Adjustment of Consular Services Due to Office Relocation

The Consular Division of our office will undergo office relocation, reinstallation, and consular system integration from Monday, 21 July to Friday, 1 August, 2025.
To ensure a smooth transition and the safety of all documents, only urgent services—including non-chip MRP and Certificates of Entry issuance for emergency purposes—will be processed during the relocation period.
All other non-urgent services, including document authentication and visa applications, will be temporarily suspended.
Please take note of the following important dates:
• New Consular Office Address: Ground Floor, 48 Grosvenor Gardens, London, SW1W 0EB, U.K.
• Last Day to Submit Applications: Wednesday, 9 July
• Last Day for Document Issuance: Monday, 14 July
• Resumption of Full Services: Monday, 4 August at 9:30 AM
To avoid inconvenience during the transition, we encourage applicants to plan their consular needs in advance.
