Taipei–Washington, D.C. Inaugural Nonstop Flight Takes Off
The maiden flight was welcomed at Dulles International Airport, with Ambassador Alexander Yui joining President of the Legislative Yuan Han Kuo-yu and Legislators Lai Shyh-Bao, Yang Chiung-Ying, Lin Szu-Ming, Chen Kuan-Ting, Kuo Yu-Ching, Lee Po-Yi, and Hung Yu-Shiang, alongside EVA Air President Clay Sun and officials from the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority and the Virginia Department of Aviation to celebrate together this historic moment.
