In order to address the outbreak of COVID-19 in the greater Washington DC region and comply with the prevention measures issued by the state governments of Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia, as well as to avoid the grouping and reduce the risk of exposure, our consular counter service hours will be adjusted from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, starting from November 4, 2020. At the same time, the expedition services are still temporarily suspended.
Pick-up by Mail: Please apply in the morning during the service hour and pick-up by mail if possible.
Apply by mail if Possible: Please contact the consular office by phone or email before applying by mail, our staff will be happy to assist you and make sure all the required documents are included.
