September 29, 2017: Director General Vincent Liu attended a ceremony to celebrate Teachers’ Day and the inauguration of the new President of the Chinese Community Center (CCC). DG Liu presented Fu-Tai Lu, retiring President of CCC, an award of appreciation from OCAC.
