The Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Atlanta assisted a business forum at TECO in Atlanta’s office on September 5th. The special guest speaker was Ms. Masami Tyson, Global Director of FDI and Trade, Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development.
In her presentation, Ms. Tyson thoroughly analyzed the investment climate and emphasized the strengths and advantages of the State of Tennessee. The major industries include automobiles, chemistry, food and agriculture, medical and life science, aviation, financial, home electronics, and transportation. The State of Tennessee welcomes all sectors of investment.
Many Atlanta Taiwanese business leaders including former President of Gainesville Georgia Taiwan Chamber of Commerce Steven Hao, OCAC Advisor Jackie Chen, GFCBW-Atlanta President Ting-Lan Chiu, and a reporter from the World Journal, attended the business forum.
