TECO Atlanta, Taiwan Chamber of Commerce of Greater Georgia, and ROC Veterans in Atlanta Donate Masks to Georgia Department of Veterans Service

For the sixth time in a roll, the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office (TECO) in Atlanta and local Taiwanese leaders bring love to State of Georgia to celebrate the Independence Day.
On behalf of the Republic of China (Taiwan), TECO Atlanta Acting Director-General Daniel Hung and Taiwan Chamber of Commerce of Greater Georgia incoming President Eddie Wang donated 12,000 medical masks, and ROC Veterans in Atlanta President Mike Wang donated dozens of Taiwanese bento boxes to Georgia Department of Veterans Service (GDVS) on July 2. The donation was received by GDVS Commissioner Mike Roby.
In his remark, Acting DG Hung expressed that it is honored to donate 12,000 medical masks to assist the veterans of Georgia and their families on staying safe as a sincere thanks to their contribution to the country, and to safeguard the democracy, freedom of the world. Taiwan and the United States share the core values of democracy, freedom, and human rights. On behalf of the people and the government of Taiwan, it is his pleasure to congratulate Americans on the Independence Day of the United States.
Special guests include Georgia House of Representatives Josh Bonner, Philip Singleton, Georgia Veterans Day Association President Kevin Miller, former Johns Creek City Councilman Jay Lin, and OCAC Advisor Jackie Chen.
