2026 RunSpace Innovation Challenge – Call for Entries

Organized by the Industrial Development Administration (IDA), Taiwan, the 2026 RunSpace Innovation Challenge is now open for applications. This global competition invites talents across disciplines to explore the limitless possibilities of space innovation and connect with the international space industry.

The competition features two tracks: the Implementation Category, focusing on technical development and prototype demonstration, and the Sponsor Special Topic, offering participants the opportunity to tackle real-world challenges proposed by industry partners, including a lunar micromission by the Japanese space company ispace.

Registration Information

  • Registration Period:
    From now until June 30, 2026, 1:00 PM (UTC+8)
  • Eligibility:
    Open to participants of all nationalities, ages, and backgrounds. Applicants are encouraged to form teams. Detailed eligibility criteria are available on the official website.
