“Vegan Cooking Workshop--2019 International Tour of Taiwan Gourmet Cuisines” will be held at Fo Guang Buddhist Temple Boston (FGBTB) and the Tzu Chi Boston on June 1 and 2 respectively. The instructors include Mr. Meng-Jen Pan, executive chef and Mr. Cheng- Chang Wu, assistant chef at Du Hsiao Yueh restaurant in Taiwan. The two workshops are hosted by Taiwan Chamber of Commerce of New England and FGBTB and co-hosted by the Tzu Chi Boston and the Taiwan Youth Chamber of Commerce of New England (TYCCNE).
