Harvard TSA and New England TSA Joint Welcome Reception

On the afternoon of September 20, 2025, the Harvard University Taiwanese Student Association teamed up for the first time with the New England Taiwanese Student Association to host a welcome event for new students from Taiwan across the region. Director-General Charles Liao from TECO Boston, along with Education Division Director Cynthia Huang and Director Chia-Fu Kao from the Overseas Community Affairs Center, were invited to attend.
DG Liao encouraged students to share Taiwan with the world and reminded them that TECO is here to support them during their studies. The event offered a fun, lively afternoon of connection and friendship.
