Director General Huang of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Chicago recently visited a Taiwanese-run orchid garden, "United Central Orchids", in the western suburbs of Chicago. Thank you, Alex Meng and Ann Tsai, for your warm and detailed introduction! The seedlings, equipment, and technology of orchid growing were completely imported from #Taiwan, yet the orchids grow, thrive, and bloom vibrantly in the Midwest of the United States! The owners' efforts are not only a story of running a successful orchid garden, but also the epitome of the hard work of all Taiwanese in the United States.
