Director General Debby Huang was invited to speak at the Global Business Connections Conference in Fargo, North Dakota, where she addressed approximately 200 business leaders and professionals on U.S.-Taiwan relations and the growing opportunities for cooperation between Taiwan and North Dakota in agricultural trade and the drone industry.
During her remarks, Director General Huang highlighted the strong and enduring partnership between Taiwan and the United States, noting that North Dakota’s strengths in agricultural technology, food production, and unmanned aerial systems align closely with Taiwan’s economic and technological development priorities. She emphasized the significant potential for expanded collaboration in agricultural trade, smart farming technologies, drone research and development, and commercial applications.
Following the presentation, Director General Huang engaged with conference participants and exchanged views on Taiwan’s investment environment, industrial advantages, and future business opportunities, further strengthening economic ties and fostering partnerships between Taiwan and North Dakota.
