Director-General Liu Chia-Ping Attends 2026 New Year’s Day Flag-Raising Ceremony in Guam

To welcome New Year 2026, Director-General Liu Chia-Ping of TECO in Guam, accompanied by Deputy Directors Vincent Lu and Shawn Yang, attended the New Year’s Day flag-raising ceremony at the Guam Chinese School and joined the overseas Taiwanese community in celebrating the New Year.
Director-General Liu highlighted that the ceremony symbolizes patriotism and cultural heritage, and expressed appreciation for the long-standing dedication of the Taiwanese community in Guam. He extended warm New Year wishes for good health, happiness, and success to all Taiwanese compatriot.
