Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Guam to Resume Normal Services on April 16  
According to Joint Information Center (JIC) Release No. 31 issued on April 16, 2026, Guam will move to Condition of Readiness (COR) 4 at 12:00 p.m. today, and normal operations will resume island-wide.  
In line with the latest emergency measures announced by the Government of Guam, this Office will resume normal office operations, public services, and consular counter services on April 16.  
Members of the public are advised to continue paying attention to the latest weather, road, and traffic conditions, and to take appropriate safety precautions.
