Taiwanese Visitors Admitted to Enter Guam and CNMI with 45-Day Visa Waiver

Guam-CNMI Visa Waiver Program takes effect on November 28, 2009. Taiwanese Visitors, who meet the following requirements, can enter Guam and CNMI and stay up to 45 days without US visa. 1.Only authorized for citizens and residents arriving directly from Taiwan or on a flight from Taiwan which stopped in Saipan en route. 2.Must be in possession of Taiwan National Identity Card and a valid Taiwan passport. 3.Requires no previous violations of any prior admissions to the U.S. 4.Does not provide for onward travel to the rest of the U.S. 5.Required completed and signed related entry forms.
