Due to the severity of pandemic and in compliance with the Covid-19 protocol imposed by Guam Government, TECO will not hold a reception to celebrate this year's National Day of R.O.C. (Taiwan) but will prepare a pre-recorded video to be broadcast by KUAM television and posted simultaneously on TECO’s Facebook page on Oct. 10, 2021, instead. The budget originally earmarked for holding reception is now converted to the purchase of medical supplies set to be donated to Guam Government, Guam Legislature and Mayor’s Council of Guam as part of efforts to embody the spirit of “Taiwan can help” and of “Taiwan is helping”. The time to release the said video will be announced in the following days and welcome to watch it. Thank you.
