70 Taiwanese Companies participated in the 2013 National Industrial Fastener and Mill Supply Expo
The National Industrial Fastener& Mill Supply Expo held from October 24 to 25, 2013 in Sands Expo, Las Vegas. The trade show specializing in “fastener” products, hailed as “North America’s Largest” with nearly 800 booths and over 600 companies from 18 countries around the world participating. There were totally about 70 companies from Taiwan including the Taiwan Fastener Trading Association (TFTA) formed a delegation with 13 Taiwanese companies participated in the show. Meanwhile, due to the well-known high quality of Taiwan products, Taiwanese companies in the Show put the “Taiwan” sign on their booths to attract buyers across the world
According to the organizer, the National Industrial Fastener Shows, this year, the show attracted 4,577 visitors from throughout the USA and 37 foreign countries, a nearly 8% gain from last year. Total exhibiting booths reached to nearly 800, a 3% increase from 2012.
Mr. James Chang, the Vice Economic Counselor of Economic Division, Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Los Angeles visited Taiwan Pavilion and Taiwanese exhibitors on October 24, 2013. He has exchanged views in respect of the global fasteners market participated Taiwanese companies and representative from TFTA. Most of the participants from Taiwan expected to maintain the same order-taking status as last year.
