Director General Chou Attends ICE Briefing at OFM Florida Office

On the morning of June 6, Director General Chou, along with colleagues, attended a briefing hosted by the Office of Foreign Missions (OFM) at its Florida branch, invited by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). The session covered the latest U.S. immigration and enforcement policies and was attended by over 100 diplomats from countries including the UK, Netherlands, Canada, Germany, Switzerland, France, and the Latin America and Caribbean regions.
Diplomats actively engaged with the presentation, raising various questions which ICE representatives addressed in detail. Director General Chou also took the opportunity to raise concerns about Taiwanese students studying in Florida.
