Director General Chou Attends World Health Expo Opening, Meets Local Leaders

On the morning of June 11, Director General Chou was invited to attend the opening ceremony of the World Health Expo (WHX), where he had warm exchanges with Mayor Steven Meiner of the City of Miami Beach, Florida State Senator Ana Maria Rodriguez, Deputy Consul General Fumiyo Tsuda of Japan, and other local dignitaries and members of the consular corps. He also visited each Taiwanese exhibitor to learn more about their innovative products and trends in smart healthcare applications.
This year’s World Health Expo, held from June 11 to 13, features over 1,300 exhibitors from more than 60 countries, making it one of the most prominent international trade shows for medical instruments and equipment in the U.S. Taiwanese companies are known for their technological innovation, consistent quality, and flexible supply chains, positioning them as key partners in advancing healthcare in the U.S. and Latin America.
