During the show, Director General Chou met with owners and staff of Taiwanese yacht manufacturers to discuss how to promote Taiwan-made yachts in the U.S. market and to understand their opportunities and challenges.
Director General Chou was invited by Chief Operating Officer Ms. Peggy Huang of Hylas Yachts to attend the Discover Boating Miami International Boat Show. During the show, Director General Chou met with owners and staff of Taiwanese yacht manufacturers to discuss how to promote Taiwan-made yachts in the U.S. market and to understand their opportunities and challenges.
In addition to Hylas Yachts, three other Taiwanese yacht producers participated in the show this year, including Ocean Alexander, Kha Shing Enterprise, and Asia Harbor Yacht Builders, showcasing Taiwan's remarkable capability in yacht building.
The show exhibits all sorts of boats, ranging from kayaks to yachts, as well as a variety of boating equipment and accessories. It is known as one of the iconic yachts and boating equipment shows in the U.S. Taiwan-made yachts caught the eye of many participants, who went onboard to spectate.
