The 2026 Mosaic Taiwan Program is now open for applications through March 11, 2026. This 12-day program, running from June 15 to 26, 2026, offers U.S. students and young professionals aged 20 to 35 an excellent opportunity to explore Taiwan through workshops, lectures, historic site visits, and immersive cultural activities. 2026mosaictaiwan
Taipei Economic and Cultural Office (TECO) in New York is currently accepting applications from New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania. Please submit the completed application form and required documents to <juliehan@mofa.gov.tw>
*This is the only email address designated for our office to receive 2026 MOSAIC Taiwan applications. Applications submitted to other email address, such as mosaictaiwan@mofa.gov.tw, will not be considered.
Eligibility:
- Must be a U.S. citizen between 20 and 35 years old
- Must not have previously traveled to Taiwan under a Taiwan government-sponsored program
- Must have an active interest in public affairs, politics, government, and international affairs

- At least tworecommendation letters
- Academic transcript
- Essay
- Award certificates (if any)
Application Notice:
- Applicants should be currently studying, working, or residing in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, or Pennsylvania.
- Applications must be submitted by March 11, 2026.
- Shortlisted applicants will be invited to attend an interview at TECO in New York scheduled between March 16 and 18.
Final results will be announced by late April, 2026.
