Washington State Senate passed a resolution in support of Taiwan

Washington State Senate passes SR 8615 on April 12 this year to address the enactment of the 40th anniversary of the Taiwan Relations Act, reaffirms its commitment to the strong and deepening relationship between the people of Taiwan and the Washingtonian. The resolution also upholds Taiwan’s participation in international organizations such as the World Health Organization, the International Civil Aviation Organization, the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change and the International Criminal Police Organization. Washington State Senators including Doug Ericksen、Curtis King、Jim Honeyford、Manka Dhingra、Ann Rivers、Sharon Brown、Keith Wagoner、Randi Becker、Bob Hasegawa、Claire Wilson all voice their strong support during the read of the SR 8615.
