Taipei Economic and Cultural Office (TECO) in San Francisco would like to thank all the firms who submitted a proposal to its Request for Proposals (RFP case number SFO20210001) for the broker services to assist TECO in San Francisco to purchase a commercial property in downtown area in the City of San Francisco.
After careful and comprehensive reviews and discussions, TECO’s Evaluation Committee had duly completed evaluations of the submitted proposals on Friday 29th of October, 2021. TECO in San Francisco is pleased to announce that the Cushman & Wakefield of 300 Santana Row, Fifth Floor, San Jose, CA 95128, has been selected to be its broker services provider. The Cushman & Wakefield will be awarded a contract for a period of 6 months from the date of contract awarded with an option to renew.
