CELEBRATING LUNAR NEW YEAR WITH EMBASSY’S FRIENDS

The Embassy celebrated the Lunar New Year, the most important festival in Chinese-speaking communities, by sharing a lunch with traditional dishes with a group of priests and other long-time friends, on February 10 at the Chancery.
The guests appreciated the anti-COVID protection measures, the colorful and meaningful decorations, the joyous environment, the lucky coins of the Year of the Ox offered by President Tsai, the lottery and the traditional dessert prepared for the special occasion.
