2026 Taiwan Scholarship Programs
To promote knowledge, understanding and friendship between peoples of Taiwan and St. Vincent and the Grenadines, the Government of the Republic of China (Taiwan) is offering two scholarship programmes, namely Taiwan ICDF Scholarship and MOFA Taiwan Scholarship (to be announced later in the beginning of 2026), to outstanding Vincentians to pursue studies in Taiwan commencing 2026 academic year.
Taiwan ICDF Scholarship
Award Period
Offer only whole English taught undergraduate and post graduate degree programmes (32 programmes)
- Bachelor’s Programme: 4 years maximum
- Master’s Programme: 2 years maximum
- Doctoral Programme: 4 years maximum
Application Period
TaiwanICDF Scholarship Programme: From now to March 15, 2026
Requirements
- Applicants are required to submit the application documents online by deadline. https://www.icdf.org.tw/wSite/np?ctNode=31561&mp=2
- Then send a print-out copy to Taiwan Embassy by deadline for interview.
- At the same time, applicants need to apply for admission to undergraduate or graduate schools in Taiwan and every ICDF degree programme has different requirements and deadlines.
- To obtain an admission from schools in Taiwan doesn’t mean that ICDF will award scholarship. ICDF will work with schools to choose ICDF scholarship recipients.
- Previous Taiwan MOFA scholarship and ICDF scholarship recipients are allowed to apply the ICDF scholarship only after one year gap.
