The Government of the Republic of China (Taiwan) assists St. Vincent and the Grenadines in participating in Expo Dubai 2020

On behalf of the Government of the Republic of China (Taiwan), Ambassador Calvin Ho received the Executive Director of Invest SVG – Ms. Annette Mark at the Embassy and expressed the Government of the Republic of China (Taiwan) would assist SVG’s attendance at “Expo Dubai 2020”. Ms. Mark showed her sincere gratitude and requested that Ambassador Ho convey to his Government Saint Vincent and the Grenadines’ appreciation and interest in continuing to make a united effort to further strengthen cooperative and friendly relations. Ms. Mark also expressed her optimism in achieving the overall objective of creating new linkages in fresh markets as well as attracting new visitors and investors to St. Vincent and the Grenadines.

This year marks the 40 year anniversary of the establishment of the diplomatic relations between the Republic of China (Taiwan) and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. Over the past 40 years, the cooperation between two countries has grown from strength to strength; the cooperation has been bearing juicy fruits. The Government and the people of the Republic of China (Taiwan) are determined to the continuation of deepening and broadening the cooperation with the Government and people of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines in the years to come.
