On May 12, 2025, Ambassador Fiona Huei-Chun Fan joined the launch ceremony of the Greater Youth Volunteerism and Engagement (GYVE) Project in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
The GYVE Project is in partnership between the Government of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and the Republic of China (Taiwan), which aims to empower local youth through community-based volunteer opportunities.
The launching ceremony featured remarks by Dr. the Hon. Ralph Gonsalves, Prime Minister of St. Vincent and the Grenadines; Hon. Camillo Gonsalves, Minister of Finance, Economic Planning & Information Technology; H.E. Fiona Huei-Chun Fan, ROC (Taiwan) Ambassador; Mr. Anthony Regisford, Executive Director, Chamber of Commerce; Mr. Nigel Scott, GYVE Project Coordinator.
