Ambassador Richard Shih (fifth from left), Deputy Representative Jin-Ling Chen (fourth from left) and colleagues of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Vietnam on October 29 met with the delegation of "New South-Bound Education and Humanities Academic Alliance ". The delegation was a group of six universities including National Taiwan Normal University, National Taiwan University, National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, National Chengchi University, TsingHua University, and National Chengkung University, and was led by Prof. Cheng-Chih Wu, President of National Taiwan Normal University. Ambassador Shih also gave a brief report about the current relations between Taiwan and Vietnam.
