Kuo Hua Trading Company Ltd. and Taipei Economic and Cultural Office (TECO) in Vancouver donated PPE to Burnaby School District

As students get ready to return to the classroom next week, TECO Vancouver Director General Andy Chen and Kuo Hua Trading Company Ltd. President Lisa Chung delivered much-needed PPE to Burnaby School District on September 1, 2020.
Kuo Hua Trading Company Ltd. donated 14,000 made-in-Taiwan medical masks to the Burnaby School District. TECO Vancouver also donated 140 large bottles of hand sanitizers made by Viva Pharmaceutical Inc., in a joint effort to support teachers, students and staff for a safe return to school.
Chair of the Burnaby Board of Education Gary Wong and Superintendent of Schools Gina Niccoli-Moen received the donation. B.C. Legislative Assembly Deputy Speaker Raj Chouhan, Minister of Citizens' Services Anne Kang and Minister of State for Child Care Katrina Chen also attended the event.
